Disclaimer / General 

  • GC Boat Management may be referred to as "we" and the purchaser referred to as "you" throughout the following policies. 

  • You use our website and products at your own risk. GC Boat Management will not be liable for (including but not limited to) any injury, loss or damages associated with our website or products.  

Warranties

  • We stand behind our products and offer a 12 month replacement warranty in the unfortunate event of faulty workmanship. 

Liability

  • Our products are used at your own risk. GC Boat Management will not be liable for any damages that may occur due to the use of our products. 

Returns and Refunds

  • If you aren't happy, we aren't happy! Send your unused / unopened products back within 7 days for a full refund. No questions asked! 

Shipping and Taxes

  • All advertised prices include GST.

  • Flat rate shipping throughout Australia via Australia Post. Standard Parcel Post (5 - 10 business days) or Express Post (2 - 3 business days) options available during checkout.

  • COVID-19 may affect some shipping times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. 

  • Parcel tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • We aim to fabricate (if required) and ship all items as soon as possible.

Payment Methods

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. 

  • Unfortunately, there is a 1.8% processing fee for any Visa or Mastercard transactions inline with our service provider charges.

Privacy

  • We use Stripe as our preferred online payment provider. Stripe may store your name, postal address and email address on their secure servers. 

  • GC Boat Management may store your name, postal address and email address securely within Xero. 

  • We may send promotional material to your email address from time to time. You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link within the email or contacting us directly.
